Lambdalit^® - enabling the feeling of swimming in a lake

Modul Rinnensysteme, a company based in Lower Austria, specialises in the planning and installation of drainage systems for swimming pools. One of the company’s top products is a ground-level overflow system, which until now has been found primarily in thermal spas and public open-air pools. Its modern, rimless design and the technical advantages it offers mean that this system has now become very popular also among private customers.
In the past, concrete blocks were needed to install such drainage systems – a time-consuming and costly method given their considerable weight. This is where the rigid polystyrene foam product Lambdalit^® comes in, offering an ideal alternative in the form of the Light System^® module with its significantly lower weight which still offers the maximum stability. It is also able to reduce the amount of energy needed to heat the water thanks to its insulating properties.

We help our customers implement their ideas by contributing our know-how and experience. We also supported our customer Modul Rinnensysteme in developing the prototype, which they have now put into series production.
